H&F Early Intervention Strategy - We need your help!

Early intervention is the support given to a child, young person, or family when a problem first emerges. This includes a whole range of services and supports including youth and sports clubs, libraries, GPs, school nurses, local authority early help services, short breaks, mental health services and many more. In Hammersmith & Fulham, we have a lot available for children, young people and families, and we want to make sure it is as good as it can be for everyone. This is what our strategy aims to do.

We have developed a short survey through menti meter, and we’d really appreciate if you could take 5 minutes to answer. Your answers will help us to make sure that we are working together in the right way, so that everyone can get the help they need when they need it.

To access the Menti Meter, go to www.menti.com and use the code 7084420

Deadline: Friday 29th April 2022
