Hammersmith and Fulham Foodbank – Update June 2022

Quick Navigation

Jun 22 2022

Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank offers emergency food parcels to residents and households in crisis. We operate a food parcel distribution service across the borough from four different sites, ranging from Old Oak to Fulham, across Monday to Saturday. Those who are referred to Foodbank are, by virtue of being our clients, able to access further support and services through us under our 'More Than Food' programme, ranging from Citizens Advice support, to free counselling sessions, to fuel vouchers and more. Our foodbank works using a referral system. We currently work with 200+ local organisations who refer residents to the Foodbank, including many local schools.

To sign up as a Foodbank referral partner, please contact Saba at saba@hammersmithfulham.foodbank.org.uk or on 07719 408 213.

Due to the increased demand for our service, we would also welcome opportunities to partner with your school, particularly if your school is able to host a food collection. These can be held on the dates of your choice. We are able to provide information, resources and logistical support to facilitate school collections where this might be helpful.

To discuss hosting a food collection for the Foodbank, please contact info@hammersmithfulham.foodbank.org.uk or 0203 7731 3693.

We keep our Food Donations webpage on our website up to date on the food items we are particularly low on, as well as the different ways that it is possible to donate.
