We are continuing to recruit for the Early Years Conversation Project and we are looking for settings in your Local Authority.
The Early Years Conversation Project is free high-quality, sustained and evidence-informed professional development. The programme promotes conversational responsiveness and aims to raise the overall quality of talk in a setting. Adult-child interactions are key and to enable practitioners to focus on how they interact with children we have developed the the ShREC Approach. The ShREC Approach is a set of evidence-informed, memorable strategies that promote high-quality interactions with young children. You can watch a short video about the ShREC Approach here.
We are aware there are lots of training opportunities being offered to settings at the moment so we want to be clear how this differs and why it is so powerful!
For further details please visit our website here: EYCP - Sheringham Nursery School (sheringham-nur.org.uk)
If you are interested in finding out more about the project and the ShREC Approach we are hosting a free webinar on the 16th August. The session will be presented by Anni McTavish, a highly experienced early years creative arts specialist who will teach songs and musical games that support the ShREC Approach.
Sign up by clicking the link on the attached flyer.
If you sign up to both and you will receive a free resource worth £20!
Many thanks.
