Early Years team – management changes

The Early Years Services warmly welcomes Phillipa Marshall as the new Early Years Team Leader.

Philippa has a background in Education and has taught in most Key stages across London boroughs for over 20 years. Please look out for emails from Philippa who will be in touch to arrange a visit or drop her an introductory email at: Philippa.Marshall@lbhf.gov.uk

Satwinder Saraon is taking over from Phil Tomsett as the Head of Service for Early Years. She is currently responsible for Specialist Services which includes Educational Psychologist and Specialist Teachers (INSPIRE).

Satwinder’ s background includes teaching, working as an Educational Psychologist, managing multidisciplinary teams and leading on SEND transformation projects.

Satwinder will continue to work closely with Phil Tomsett who is now Head of Service for Family Hubs.
