On Thursday 6 October Hammersmith & Fulham schools are going to make history.

Building off the great work all the schools have been doing to reflect the diversity of Hammersmith & Fulham and Power of Representations sessions we will be leading the way in embedding diversity in all our teaching and learning.

In association with The British Museum schools across the borough on Thursday 6 October, the beginning of Black History Month, will be asked to participate in dedicating some or all of their lessons to Black History on that day.

This session has been set up in partnership with the British Museum to support our teachers making history on 6 October. We will share ideas, resources and work together to make this event the first of its kind nationally supporting diversity in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Facilitated by Katherine Hoare and Susan Kent, British Museum.
