Dear colleagues

Please find attached two new step-by-step guides on how to use AssessNET, the safety incident reporting and investigation tool.

The guides are formatted as Microsoft PowerPoint slides.

Please click on link to see the first guide:   How to report school safety incidents on AssessNET

Please click on the following link to see the second guide which  follows on from this: How to investigate and complete school safety incidents on AssessNET

When viewing the slides, it is recommended you open the notes page, which contains a very straightforward tutorial to each slide.

As ever, if you have any questions about safety incident reporting using AssessNET, or any health and safety at work related questions, please contact the corporate health and safety team on [email protected] and we will be happy to advise you.

Best wishes from the LBHF corporate health and safety team.
