Hammersmith & Fulham SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (SEND IASS) in partnership with The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham EHCP Children's Services Team are introducing Information Sessions for parent/carers to learn more about The Annual Review Process, and to give you them the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
The session will include information on how parents and their child can contribute to the Annual Review process.
For those with children and young people in Year 8 and below Monday 9th May 2022 at 11 am
