EY: Childcare sufficiency data collection: urgent request

Urgent request from Hammersmith and Fulham, Early years team:

Dear Managers/SENCOs and Childminders

As part of setting funding allocations we as a Local authority are required to submit data to the DfE , therefore we need ALL Early years settings to fill in the childcare sufficiency data collection form . The information you provide is vital and will need to be submitted no later than this Friday 21 June 2024.

We recommend completing this form together with a manager, SENCO and head of admissions for settings and schools to enable to answer all the questions competently.
