The focus of this terms PVI Forum will be ‘Recruitment & Retention’. Providers have asked that settings share and discuss this key area.

Question: “How are you pro-actively tackling recruitment & retention?”

Here are some examples to start the discussion at the next meeting:

• Is there a good apprenticeship training provider you have used?
• Would you be able to share details of agencies that provide qualified staff?
• What incentives such as CPD training and support, help you to retain staff?
