This in-person half-day training helps professionals working with families explore the causes of conflict, especially parent conflict, and introduces mentalisation and practical tools for managing it. Early Years settings, Nursery classes and Primary school staff are invited to enrol.
Participants will learn to distinguish between abuse and parental conflict and inform about referral pathways, understand the impact of conflict on children and their families and explore trauma-informed and systemic approaches to manage conflict.
