Fulham Cross Girls’ School is pleased to announce our 2021-22 season of transition sessions for Year 5s across the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. We have a wide variety of sessions on offer from November to Easter break that are sure to get your students engaged and excited about transitioning to secondary school.
These sessions are aimed at easing the transition between primary and secondary school, allowing students to visit the school and learn from our amazing teachers.
