Information for education and childcare settings on distributing existing stocks of self-test kits

You can distribute existing stocks of self-test kits to staff and students to enable them to test in line with national guidance. For example, if they are visiting someone who is at higher risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19, or they have tested positive for COVID-19 and want to check that they are still infectious after day 5. You should not place additional orders for these testing purposes.
