Following on from our hugely successful February Half-Term Programme, we are now getting ready for some fun throughout the Easter holiday.
Our focus is on providing daily enriching activities with a nutritious meal. We are working with delivery partners across the Hammersmith & Fulham Borough to be able to offer many different engaging activities.
The programme is focused on school aged children (4-18 years and up to 25 years with a SEND need) and who are eligible for Free School Meals. Please do forward our flyer to any families that you think would benefit. To download, please click here
