New ‘Let’s Discuss’ resource packs from the DfE’s Educate Against Hate Website

On 6 May 2022, the Department for Education’s Educate Against Hate website launched its ‘Let's Discuss’ resource packs.

Each pack comprises a short film, lesson plan, class task and PowerPoint presentation to help teachers plan engaging, accurate and in-depth conversations with students that help build their resilience to extremist narratives.

The packs help teachers have difficult classroom conversations about:

  • Extreme Right-Wing
  • Fundamental British Values
  • Islamist Extremism
  • Left-Wing Anarchist and single-issue
