Key Stage Assessments and MTC data check Summer 2023
As in previous years, we will be collecting Key Stage 1 teacher assessments, Year 1 Phonics, Year 2 Phonics re-takes and submitting to the DfE for all schools.
For Key Stage 2 teacher writing assessments, we will again submit results on your behalf to Primary Assessment Gateway.
Please send us all data files via DfE s2s by the dates below and email Nikita.Khasriya@lbhf.gov.uk to inform us you have done so.

We strongly encourage earlier submission, where possible, particularly for KS2 TAs, to give us time to process the results and make the usual checks.
Please note the KS2 teacher assessments in reading and maths will no longer be collected for pupils working at the standard of the national curriculum assessments.

Once you have submitted your data files to us, you will need to log in to Perspective Lite, as per the previous year, to check and confirm your summary data.
The School Improvement team have requested we collect Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) data this year, this is not a statutory data collection. The DfE have made a results file available for schools to download and send to the LA via s2s. MTC results will be available on the MTC service on 26th June and are requested to share this with us.

From Friday 12th May 2022, LAs begin informing schools if they will receive an external moderation visit. If you have not received notification by Friday 19th May 2022, you may assume your school will not be moderated.
