Dear Early Years settings
Would you like to receive support from the Early Years Experts and Mentors Programme in Spring 2024, the penultimate term of the programme?
Background:
The Early Years Experts and Mentors programme provides bespoke support, face-to-face and virtually, to help meet individual settings’ needs and priorities. The offer to settings will include providing leadership support, coaching for leaders, mentoring for practitioners and whole-setting support, depending on their need. Feedback for the programme has been overwhelmingly positive from Settings, here is an example from a setting manager.
“I would highly recommend this programme. At first, I did not think we would get much out of it, but through the initial discussion, we came to a conclusion about what our setting needed and why. A fresh pair of eyes with expert knowledge has really made us look closely at what we have to offer and gave the staff fire in their belly! I feel our setting has improved from this and we are all grateful to our expert and mentor for this.”
