2.  Changes to contact details

Please see message below from London Regional Health Protection team:

We’re writing to let you know about changes to the contact details for the UKHSA London Health Protection Team, which are also set out in the attached document.​

3.  What’s changing and when?​

• On 30 August we’re changing our telephone number to 0300 30 30 450. Please use this number for all calls, during the day or out of hours, and regardless of where in London you are calling from. Don’t worry, if you call our old numbers, a message will remind you to redial our new number. ​
• We moved office on 1 August. On 1 August our South London and North East North Central London teams moved from Nobel House in Westminster to 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 EPU. The North West London team remains in Colindale.​
• Our email addresses will remain the same.

4.  What do you need to do?​

• Please use our new phone number 0300 30 30 450from 30 August, and share it with your team​
• Please update any material which includes our contact details g. websites, guidance ​
• Please use our new Notification of Infectious Diseases form, which is attached. Although it’s easier for us if you use the new form, don’t worry if you forget because we’ll still process it.
