Virtual & Face to Face Recruitment Fairs for West London Supported Internships: 15th & 18th March (Virtual) and 22 March (Face-to-Face)

West London Alliance in partnership with West London College will be holding a Virtual Recruitment Fair on March 15^th and March 18^th for eighteen Supported Internships to present their offers and advertise their programmes for September 2022 entry.  The Fair will be held on-line via Zoom from 10.15am-3.30pm on those two days (with a break between 12.30pm and 2.15pm on each day), and the running order for the presentations is detailed in the document attached. 

10-minute presentations will be made by the eighteen supported internships over the two-day period, with time for questions & answers on-line live at the event and of course after the presentations have been made, via Chat.  How young people interested in and eligible for a supported internship from September can make an application to each programme will be explained on the days, and afterwards on associated web sites.  Details of all the supported internships in West and North West London (and many further afield in Greater London) are available in the 2022 West London Guide to Supported Internships which is now being published.

Please ‘Save the Dates’ for these Virtual Recruitment Fair presentations in your diaries in March. West London College is kindly managing the logistics of the Fair over the two days, and Jo Swan (j.swan@wlc.ac.uk) will be sending out links for you to use to access the Virtual Fair prior to the event.  It would great if as many interested young people as possible with their teachers, parents & carers could link in to view these presentations from the supported internship programmes, to enable them to gain awareness of the tremendous opportunities which these pre-employment vocational skills training programmes can bring and the way they can act as a distinct and direct pathway into employment.
