Tuesday 10 October marks World Mental Health Day. The campaign is an opportunity for everyone around the world to raise awareness of mental health issues and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health.

With the cost-of-living crisis, international conflict, and the long-term impacts of the pandemic, mental health is being challenged in new ways.

To mark the day, the Young Persons' and Women's Networks have teamed up this year to present an event with guest speaker, Kayleigh Benoit, to help bring to light mental health and how we can better look after ourselves. Find out more about this session and register here
