EY: Provider agreements: Outstanding Returns

Quick Navigation

Jun 3 2024

Please see message below from the early years team:

It has come to our attention that we have only received 35 signed agreements out of the total expected. A significant number of providers have yet to submit their agreements.

It is important that all providers sign and send their agreements to [email protected] as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the processing of their claims.

  • Signing the agreement confirms that you comply with all necessary regulations, which is essential for the smooth operation of your childcare services
  • Failure to send your signed provider agreement could result in delays that might affect the timely payment of funds

Please ensure that you:

  1. Review and sign the agreement document.
  2. Submit the signed agreement as soon as possible to ensure smooth processing of your claims.

See attached: Providers Agreement H and F - 2024

Please ignore this email if you have sent back your signed Provider Agreement.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact.

Kind regards,
