See update from the Department for Education:

Department for Education’s Childcare Experiences Survey – October 2024

This weekend, we will be sending a survey to parents who have applied for 15 hours funded childcare under the Government’s childcare entitlements expansion through Childcare Choices.

This short online survey aims to understand working families’ experiences in applying for and using the expanded childcare entitlements. Parents have been randomly selected from those who have applied for childcare entitlements between April-August 2024. Survey letters will be posted direct to parents. If successful, more surveys will follow every few months to help us track families’ experiences.

Responses will help us understand how parents experience accessing childcare and government childcare entitlements. Findings will inform how we deliver future government childcare policies in England to meet the needs of families.

If you receive any queries from parents, please reassure them it is genuine research and encourage them to take part. They can also contact [email protected] for survey support.
