EY: Early Years Integrated Review with Health Visitor: Referral Reminder

If you are assessing a child for their Progress checks for 2 year olds and you have concerns, you can make a referral to the health visitors. This is if they are not yet receiving support from an external professional. You can then integrate your 2 Year Reviews when making your initial assessments. If the child is not 2 years old, you can contact the health visitors to discuss your concerns on the number below.
