EY: Ofsted Update on the renewed inspection framework 2025

On the 9 September 2025:

• Ofsted confirmed changes to education inspections and the introduction of report cards.
• The Department for Education announced changes to accountability measures for education providers.

These changes include inspections of early years providers, with inspections under the new framework commencing from 10 November 2025.
