EY: Provider agreement and update on charging

Hammersmith and Fulham Local Authority has now updated the Provider Agreement to be in line with these new changes.  It includes implications and the process; in the event an EY provider breaches this guidance.

The agreement also includes:

Annex 1. Parental declaration

Annex 2. Charges template: how to set out costs

Annex 3. EYPP and DAF

Annex 4. Frequently Asked Questions on charging

Annex 5. Frequently Asked Questions on charging for childminders

Important:

LBHF expects ALL PVI nurseries and childminders to:

  • complete the Declaration on Page 14
  • manually sign and date the Declaration on Page 14
  • send back the Declaration on Page 14 electronically. You do not need to scan and send the whole document.

Your completed declaration must be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible by Monday 5 May 2025.

Renee Daley will be monitoring the returns. LBHF reserve the right to carry out audits as it states in the Provider Agreement to comply with all Statutory guidance.  

The Provider agreement is available in both PDF and Microsoft Word versions, for you to choose the format you prefer.
