Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached the agenda for our first meeting to be held on 6th June 2024 in room 6 at the Macbeth Centre. In order to prepare for the meeting can you please email Patrick and Matthew to confirm attendance.

Purpose of meeting - This initiative aims to create a platform for site managers and site care staff across all schools in LBHF to come together, share experiences, best practices, and discuss overcoming common challenges faced in maintaining and managing school facilities.

  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow site managers from various schools in the borough, fostering a supportive network where you can exchange ideas and experiences.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Gain insights into effective strategies and innovative solutions for facilities management, maintenance, and operational challenges within school environments.
  • Professional Development: Engage in discussions and workshops led by industry experts, LBHF representatives and peers. Outside specialists will offer guidance on critical topics such as asbestos management and health and safety regulations, enhancing your knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Address common issues faced by site managers collectively, brainstorming solutions and approaches that can benefit all participants.

We'll shape our meeting agenda based on what we find most beneficial. Your input guides our discussions, ensuring they address your needs effectively. Let's work together to make each session productive and valuable for all.

If you are interested in attending, please email [email protected] or [email protected]

Kind Regards,
