The following additional services and products are available from BI to the H&F Schools community for the 21/22 academic year, at an additional cost. The BI Service with education colleagues will organise a workshop later in the new year to demonstrate products.
Primary BI Offer
Offer – £1,250 per year or £2,000 for a two-year commitment (a saving of 20%)
- School Profile (September) – A detailed school profile containing all statistics for your school including attainment, roll and workforce information. The profile contains attainment broken down by various characteristics such as Free School Meals, SEND and ethnicity. All data where possible is benchmarked to national data sources. This customised profile will be available to individual schools in September. There will also be a revised version available for schools in December. The BI service developed school profiles in 2019 on a one-off free basis which were highly commended by Head Teachers across the borough. Please note due to the pandemic not all attainment data will be available in 2021.
- Pupil Premium Validation Product – By analysing historical data the BI Service is able to identify pupils who are entitled to Pupil Premium to help with the validation process. In December, the Service will generate individual lists for each school allowing schools to validate which pupils should be receiving pupil premium for the January School Census. A further validation product will be created when pupil premium data is released in June/July.
In addition, for academies, the BI service can support the completion of School Censuses, with costs calculated on a case by case basis.
