The following are important funding documents that have been updated. PLEASE ACCESS

a. Early Years Funding Term Dates for 2024-2025   

Access this document  Term dates 2024- 2025 Final to find about :

  • the official term dates for the academic year 2024-2025

b. Parent/Carer Declaration Form for Funded Childcare Entitlements

The Parent Declaration Form 2024 HF’ explains how to complete the declaration form to access funded childcare including notes about the following information:

  • Child’s Information – Parents need to provide details such as child’s name and date of birth.
  • Parent/Carer Information – Required to complete eligibility checks
  • Funding Options:
  • Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) – parent will need to give consent for provider to apply
  • Disability Access Fund (DAF) – If eligible, parents must include a copy of the Disability Living Allowance letter.
  • Submission Process: Parents must fill out the form with all required details and submit it to the childcare provider. The provider will then process the application with the Local Authority to approve the funding.
