See message below from the Early years funding officer, Felista Aloo

Dear Provider,

The portal for submitting your Summer 2024 funding claim will open on 6th May 2024. Please use this link Sign In - Synergy (servelec-synergy.com) to sign in and proceed with your claim before the deadline in 24th May 2024.

We urge all providers who have not yet signed the Provider Agreement to do so as soon as possible and return it to [email protected]. Failure to complete this step will result in delays in processing your funding claims.

It is crucial to review and understand the provided guidance and funding processes by signing the Provider Agreement before submitting your main claims.

Attached are the following documents for your reference:

(please attach these 4 documents)
1. Provider Portal Guidance:  Provider Portal Guidance 2024-Updated

2.  Provider Agreement (to be signed and returned to @Pykhanov Danila: H&F):  Providers Agreement H and F - 2024

3.  Copy of the Portal and Finance Workflow Document:  Portal and Finance Workflow - 2023-24

4.  Funding FAQ’s: Funding FAQs 2024

To access the Synergy Portal, please use the provided login details Sign In - Synergy (servelec-synergy.com).

We recommend submitting your claim between 6th May 2024 and 24th May 2024 to allow ample time for resolving any queries before the portal closes.

For any login issues or account-related requests, please contact [email protected].

NB. When making your claim please ensure you have checked the following:

1

Each child from your Spring 24 claim has been carried over to the Summer 24 claim with zero hours. Ensure you update the hours/weeks for each child you wish to keep on your Summer 24 claim

2

Check each child’s date of birth, address, and postcode etc

3

Remove a child if they have left and are no longer attending your provision

4

Ensure you select ‘Attends two days or more’ if the child attends more than one day or 10 hours per week

5

Parent/Carer Details tab needs to be completed for all children in the provider portal

6

Remember: Click on the ‘Send Claim’ button. If you make any changes to the records of any child, remember to click ‘send claim’ again.

7

Number of hours – The portal will show the maximum number of hours as 12.666 for stretched 12.666.

8

2-Year-Old funded children – All funded 2-year-old children should have a reference number. Any 2-year-old without an EY reference number or HMRC code cannot be accepted.

Kind regards

Felista Aloo
